- If your debt counsellor has recommended that you are overindebted and informed your credit providers, you can exit debt review with the help of a debt counsellor by going to court. You must prove that you are no longer overindebted, and your accounts must be up to date, or that you have an agreement with your credit provide

- R 3500Prescribed Debt Resolution
To exit debt review with a granted court order, you must obtain a Form 19 clearance certificate, confirming that all your debts have been settled (excluding your bond account, which must be up to date). Only a registered debt counsellor can issue the Form 19.
R 500 – We issue the Form 19 and update your status, requiring paid-up letters and a credit report not exceeding 3 months in age.
R 2000 – We take charge of requesting paid-up letters on your behalf, diligently follow up, and guarantee the removal of your credit report from the debt review status.
R 3500 – If your debts have reached the point of being considered prescribed, we step in on your behalf. We either request prescription letters for you or assist in crafting the necessary letters to send to your creditors. Plus, we take care of Form 19 submissions and updates as part of this service.
